I originally grew up in a small town called Atwater, MN where I graduated in 2015. I then moved to Glenwood, MN and have been there since 2017. I am currently engaged to my fiancé Joe. I love spending time on the lake, with family and friends, and mostly with our 3-year-old mini aussie Otis.

 I have always had the passion of helping and making a positive difference in people’s lives. I worked as a CNA and bring with me 4 years of previous healthcare experience. My favorite part of working at Central Lakes Chiropractic Clinic is seeing patients leave with a smile on their face and knowing I helped make that happen.

 I never thought I would be working at a Chiropractor office. I have gone to a Chiropractor my whole life and admire what they do. When I started at Central Lakes Chiropractic, I knew I found my “home”. The staff, patients, and atmosphere make coming to work enjoyable.

I’m proud to be a Chiropractic Assistant at Central Lakes Chiropractic Clinic. I grew up in Alexandria, and it means a lot to me to have the opportunity to work in the community I’ve called home for so many years. I’m also a proud mom of a 6-year-old son, who is a very important part of my life.

My professional background includes experience in healthcare, medical administration, customer service and office coordination. I earned my diploma in Medical Administrative Assisting and have had the opportunity to work directly in healthcare, including supporting residents and working alongside healthcare professionals. These experiences taught me the importance of compassion, communication, organization, and making people feel comfortable and cared for.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, as well as in several different industries, including healthcare, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, and automotive service. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills that I bring with me to Central Lakes Chiropractic Clinic.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, I enjoy welcoming patients, helping support the day-to-day operations of the office, and being part of a team dedicated to helping people feel their best. I believe every patient deserves to feel welcomed, heard, and treated with kindness and respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and our 2 cats, going to the lake, and being involved in the Alexandria/Brandon communities. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with the people in the community I grew up in and look forward to getting to know each patient and family who walks through the doors of Central Lakes Chiropractic Clinic.
